回複：Anybody got 485 approval recently?

My hu*****and's and my 485s were proved on Oct. 17 (PD 1/04 TSC). A friend of mine got his 485 approved a couple weeks ago (PD is also sometime in 2004).It seems that USCIS are processing the old cases. Be patient, one of the days will be yours.

I wrote to Senate, Congressman, and Ombudsman (download the form and fill it). It seems that writing to Ombudsman helped or it might just be a coincidence. A couple of days after I received response from the Ombudsman saying that a request was submitted to USCIS to check on the cases, we got finger print notices and RFE for my hu*****and's medical exam!
