USCIS attached our 485 to wrong 140

We submitted NIW 140, EB1A 140 and 485 at the same time in May, 2005. 485 was attached to EB1A in our original application. Both 140s were approved in 2006. Right now we still do not have any result about 485 after almost three and half years waiting. From inquiry, we just know that our 485 was attached to NIW 140. USCIS made such a terrible mistake on our case. Otherwise, our 485 should be approved long time ago. We are so frustrated. Please give us some advice what we should do now. Thanks in advance!
