因為距我所知，一般你需要等到H4被批準以後，才可以轉換成H1。但一個律師說，可以在H4沒有被批準的時候，遞交H4 withdraw的申請，然後立馬遞交H1 transfer application. 這樣可以麽？
- Once she terminates, she is out of status of H-1b1. Her COS petition to H-4 grants her authorized stay. Based on her authorized stay, she is able to file another COS to H-1b1. When she withdraws H-4 COS, she is in no authorized status nor authorized stay, which will cause her to apply H-1b1 visa in case it is approved.
