Pjiang -- 同性結婚可以用對方國家的QUOTA嗎？

Dear Pjiang,
Ask a question for one of my friends -- She is in CA, came from mainland China. If she marries a girl(other than China), can she use that girl's quota (EB-2)? Thanks.
