Suppose I get a new work before my H4 approved,what should I do then?
-You can withdraw your H-4 application and then ask your new employer to file a new H-1 petition for you.

Seems that my new employer can not do H1 transfer for me at that time. Is it correct?
-If you find a job after you are laid off, you can not do H-1 transfer, but file a new one.
