舊雇主H1B起始時間是2009年1月1號，會不會舊的把新的衝沒了呢？
-不會. You can choose to work for one of them, and then another H-1b will automatically be invalid if you do not work for the employer (舊雇主) who sponsors you.

難道我不激活舊雇主H1B(因為已經離開了)就沒有問題？
