RFE for 485

NIW based 140 PD 01/2006, and 485 filed 07/2007 noticed 08/2007. Online status showed that RFE mailed on 10/1/08. Changed jobs during 485 period. What could the RFE be? Is it a good news or bad one? How long will it take for the letter to come?
