Med Exam for CA immigration

We are applying to immigration Canada and just received the second letter requesting medical examination. But I am pregnant now.
Can I just go ahead for the exam or have to postpone it.
Do I need to inform the Buffulo immigration officer about the fact of my pregnancy?
My hu*****and is major applicant, if I postpone my medical exam, what about my hu*****and? Can he do the mediacal exam first or have to wait until my delivery and do it together?
