Help Pls- Need to take additional vaccinations before interview?

Can anyone please advise me if I need to take the additional vaccination bfore the interview next month? My I485 was filed in Jan. 2007. The interview notice include a list of documents to bring, including the supplemental medical/vaccination report. Do I need to get the new vaccinations done? Thanks a bunch
