I read an immigration website, the marriage has to be exist while I file I-824 for my daughter, but I divorced long time ago. I got my EB1-based Greene Card with my 2nd marriage.
I wondered if I can file 824 for my daughter(with my ex-hus, and my ex-hus has my daughter's custody)?
