Urgent, after GC<180 days change job, ask sdfsdfsdff,pjiang,xiao

I just got EB2 employer based GC one month ago and want to change job for a another company, different products, different telecom sectors. Will it be a problem for me since it is no more than 180 days? Will my current employer sue me for fraude? I worked for them for more than 3 years and just got GC.
