Because 485 RFE is asking the nonimmigrant status on this period. Oh, my hu*****and got reinstatement approved on 10/2002. By that time, I was in F-1 for more than two years (I filed f2-f1 I-539 on Feb 2000, approved on July 2000). So I overlooked that period. Will it be a problem. I heard out of status for less than 180 days is still ok.
