I-485 case is complicated situation, please give some idea.

Question:

According to Oct VB, the ROW EB3 cut off date was 1/1/2005. So I am availabe again starting in Oct. But my FP will be over 15 months this month so what should I do now ?
1. Do I need to notify USCIS for 2nd FP? or just wait for notice?
2. Will my case be delayed again because I need to redo the FP again and then do the background check AGAIN?
3. Is that possible that my case will be approved in Oct without 2nd FP?
