I heard that if my O-1 is approved and I use O-1 to work, I give up the I-140/485 application.But I am concerned if I am suitable for non-immigrant O-1 visa application since I already file immigrantion I140/485 and in AOS/parolee status which means I have the immigration intention.I am afraid that my case of O-1 will still get denied due to my previous immigration application even my background meet the criteria. Anybody know the answer for my question? Thanks.
