請教Pjiang, xiaobaitu and all friends：關於 O-1 application

I filed NIW application last year and used AP already. However, my case probablly will be denied due to my weak background. I just got job offer and the company can help me file O-1 application. My EAD will be expired next week and I didn't renew it. I am concerned about O-1 application because it's non-immigrant visa but I already filed I140/I485 and has immigrant intention. Do you think if my O-1 applicaiton can be approved given my previous NIW application? O-1 criteria is high but it's my only choice so far. Thanks very much.
