At that time you were not current. Per my understanding, USCIS won't touch your 485 if you are not current. I might be wrong at this point. I know you are current right now. The items you listed in your 485 RFE are kind of interest. They even did not ask your employment status, title of the position, company, salary something like that..., some of people(including me) worry about getting 485 RFE, because they changed job, used EAD, are doing contractor work...
