I140 online approved, but no paper notice

My 140 at NSC center is approved almost one month based on the online status, but lawyer said that he has not received any paper approved notice. He said that online status sometimes is not correct. Is this possible? Can we check with USCIS ourself or ask lawyer to call? If we can do it, what number should we dial and how to get to the actual officer? Thanks for your help
