Pjiang: Will the case tranfer cause a new RD?

Pjiang Daxia;

My 140 in NSC pending for 14 months. Online status shows that it was transferred to TSC Sep 3, 2008.

Can I know if they will treat the RD as Sep 3, 2008 or keep my old RD?
It is terrible to wait for another 1 year or more.
