TSC 140 Approved - Online status still pending. Is this normal?

AP 8/27/08

Filed with TSC, transferred to CSC for receipt processing and transferred back to TSC for processing. No updates for almost a year. Approved on 8/27/08 according to receipt received by attoney.

However, the online status is still pending. Employer hasn't got its copy yet. Do I need to worry about it or do anything?
