請問小白兔Pjiang及各位大俠 EAD renewal question

My current EAD was filed in Nebraska Center on 12/10/07 (I-485 filed on March 07). Since then I moved to New York, which belongs to Texas Center, and now I need to renew EAD. 3 Questions:

1. Should I file to Texas center or Nebraska center?
2. In I-765 form, my Eligibility Categories should be Adjustment Applicant--(c)(9), right?
3. If can't get its approval in time, does my employer has the right to fire me?
