我的H４要在９／３０／０８過期，那時我的H４TO F１轉身份還未批準，我的身份是否OK （在９／３０／０８ 以後）？
-You have no problem in legal presence in U.S. 在９／３０／０８ 以後. You can go to school even if you are waiting for F-1 approval, but you can not use F-1 benefit such as working as TA/RA until your F-1 status is approved.
