What kind info you got from infopass?

I came from infopass this Tuesday. Not very helpful.

She said NC is not a problem since my case has been pending for more than 180 days. Someone pulled out my case on 8/7. She couldn't touch and push it. That's it.

I am just curious where to see LUD, the same place as online status or somewhere else? Please advice.
