There is not one single company that does not have people coming and go. No one would guarant a HR officer would stay in one company forever. What if he dies(sorry, maybe extreme case, but it happens, right?)

The HR guy signed my perm got fired, and another company bought my company. I ended up to have HR of the company that bought us to sign my 140. Different HR people, different location, even different company name, never a problem.
