Questions re EAD Renewal - Thank you for help

I used AP earlier this year and my Passport was noted as "DA AOS"
I started to use EAD one month ago.
Now I am trying to renewal my EAD, I have following questions:

1. What's "DA" in "DA AOS" mean?
2. regarding the questions of "Manner of last entry", I should enter "AOS" as indicated on I-94, right?
3. Current Status - should also be AOS right?
