ask JiaBoShi a F2 Q

I have a question for JiaBoShi, thanks first.

Recently I have my status changed from H1 to F2. But on my approved F2 I-20 form it says: "C/S to F2, valid from 5/28/04 until 2/11/05" which is the end date of my hu*****and's opt. Now my hu*****and has enrolled another degree program and I got a new I-20. My question is that do I need to submit my new I-20 to USCIS for a change to DS? Would highly appreciate your kind response.
