Visiting China with I-485 pending and H1B

Hi Friends,

I am currently with H-1B and I-485 pending. I have Canada Passport.
I am going to visit China to see my parents next month.
I don't have AP.
I have the following questions as follows;

1, Is it ok for me to visit China without AP?
2, If it is ok, do I need to have I-485 receipt with me.
3, Any additional documents I need to have with me.
