HELP: NIW 485 RFE 請幫忙 pjiang xiaobaitu 看一下

我和LD都需要補件，是NSC的。

LD是主申請人，補件要求是：

The hospital-issued birth certificate you have provided is considered secondary evidence. Please submit a copy of your household register, showing the full entry regarding your birth and parentage, along with an English translation.

請問這個是不是搞個戶口名簿的複印件，加上翻譯公證就可以了？

Please submit documentary evidence which establishes that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that is the basis of your national interest waiver. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to: a currently dated letter from your present employer; copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recnet awards, grants or fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying form I-140 immigrant visa petition.

因為ld是在做post-doc時申請的這個NIW,現在已經換了工作，在學校裏做technician，請問在employment letter裏需要注意什麽？是不是移民官會認為從post-doc到technician是降級，有不屬於NIW之嫌？要不要像準備140那樣，附上一大堆材料，再加上cover letter表述之？

LD來美國太多年曾經f1拿了master， 然後h1b工作一段時間，又 f1拿phd，到現在用 NIW申請拿的ead工作，當年的h1b文件已經丟失，不知道怎麽辦才好.

我是2006.5畢業，8月用opt的 ead在學校工作，然後2007年7月接上學校給辦的H1B,我應該交什麽文件？需要學校的employment letter嗎？
