Thanks. My concern is the potential delay on my case if my previous employee withdraw/revokes the approved I-140. I talked to the lawyer appointed by the new company. She said the old employer can revoke/withdraw an approved I-140 but she said it is pretty simple to file AC21 memo to let the new employer to take over the I-140.

Another concern is the USCIS people who handle our case. I will not be surprised to see anything from them. I read some post in Indian BBS and someone mentioned some big trouble they experiend with using AC21.
