請教Pjiang和各位高手,I485/H1Btransfered what to do with AC21

Hi,

I have a question that I'd like to seek advice. PD 2006/3, I140 already approved in 2006. I485 filed August 2007. Recently changed job and did a H-1B transfer.(Already got the approval notice). I485 was pending for more than 180 days before the transfer.

I wonder shall I file AC21 asap now because I heard the Visa is now available for PD before 2006/6. Will the USCIS officers notice when they process my case, that I did an H1B transfer to have changed employer, and will they look for AC21 before they can approve my case. I wonder it is better to file AC21 asap or filing it now actually will slow down or bring extra inconvenience to my case.

I am trying to understand how the USCIS officer will process I485 cases like mine. Will they ask me to provide something if I remember correctly called REF to verify your current employer. If I file AC21, will they still ask for REF or they will not. They should be able to know my current employer based on my new H1B status but I am not sure if the USCIS officer handles I485 will look into my new H1B data.

I'd appreciate any insightful advice so I can know better about what is the best thing I shall do for now, including whether to file AC21 asap or it isn't that critical.
