NIW 140 approved after RFE ! More questions please!

Thank you for all your support, my I140 was approved finally after RFE. I did fingerprint last August and never get any update about the fingerprint.

My questions:
1. Do I need to call CIS for fingerprint information? Or they won't update the information if nothing wrong?
2. I submitted I485 last July and has passed 180 days. DO I need to speed up the process by calling or infopass or just wait?
