What else I can do to get green?

1. Fax NSC in Feb. and Mar, I got response from NSC:
You are not qualified for expedite service.
2. Went to information pass in Feb, Name check is not clear in Feb. Nothing else they could do.
3. Sent service request by lawyer in May. No response.
4. Sent service request through CSR at USCIS in June. 45 days past. No response.
5. Wrote to senators and congressman in July.
6. Sent second service request through CSR at USCIS
Could I fill WOM without company's support?
