H1B holder paroled in with AP

As I know, when H1B holder is paroled in with AP, the H1B visa will expire and be invalid at all, but he/she can work for the same sponsor with a valid status. My question is: "If H1B holder is paroled in with AP, can he/she get a new H1B visa if a company wants to sponsor?"
