need to fix ASAP. A# is the most important identifier for your I-485, any mess will delay, ever forever your case. so try:
1. call USCIS to inform the mistake
2. make an appointment with infopass to check it

just curiosity, how do you know you have duplicate A# with others ? did you file TWO I-485 ?
