Should I request my new company to transfer H1B after seeing thi

Hi, I have planned to use EAD for my new job. My I485 is pending more than 1year and will be current in Aug. But I will go to a new company with EAD in
two weeks. Should I ask my new employer to transfer my H1b? It is scary
after the seeing the Memo. I already noticed the new employer to start the
new job in two weeks, so if I request H1B transfer, I will have to phostpone
the start date. Please help.
