I assume that your I-140 is Employment Basis (EB)

1. Do I need to file I-134 for my wife and daughter?
-No.

2. How much is for the Biometric services fee now? Which form I need to fill? I couldn’t find this information on I-485 instruction. Is it being waved based on the new fee schedule?
-the I-485 filing fee has included the Biometric, EAD and AP fee, so no separate fee is needed. Butb each person should pay the I-185 fee individually.

3. Can I just send in my Copy of notarized Birth Certificate and marriage certificate instead of the original notarized Birth Certificate and marriage certificate?
-Photocopy is enough.

4. Can just send in my Tax return copy or I need to buy some copies from IRS?
-No tax return is needed if your I-140 is employment basis (EB-1, EB-1,etc.)
