Dear pjiang, I just read your papers and they are very helpful. Based on your paper, I just need to file a motion (I-290B) for myself, not for each of my family, right?
BTW, for my situation, motion to reopen or reconsider? which one is better? The denial decision was reached based on a pure error (EB1b was considered as employment second preference category). Please give me precious suggestion. Thank you!
