My situation is the another person has same Alien number as me, I am ordered for deferred ispection when I came back from a oversea trip. My passport was retained at CBP. I have been re-deferred several times. CBP officers even call CIS but no progress. My case is now in a local office. I went there several times, they just ask me to wait for an interview. Now my EAD renewal was denied.
Can I go directly to CIS local office and ask for see a supervisor? I went there several times, I do not know whether they will let me see the supervisor?

How about writing a letter to the director? How can I find the information of director? I search everywhere but could not find.

Thank you so much, I would appreciate any suggestion. I just worry my children so much. If we have to leave, they will suffer a lot.
