Dear Guru, EAD renewal over 100 d. What shall I do?

I485-based EAD renewal in TSC: receipt date 03/28. Soft LUD: 04/02. Called USCIS three times and did InfoPass twice. They told me my application is in the system, but no decision has been made. A request for investigation was granted on 07/02, but they asked me to give them a month to call again. What shall I do? I haven't heard anyone had a similar problem on EAD recently. Any suggestion is welcomed.
