expedite, 請問皮匠老師

My I-140 (eb2-niw) is still pending; filed on July 2007. Recently I got a good offer from a company and don't want to give up this chance. Can I request an expedite based on the following reasons. Thanks.

Severe financial loss to company or individual
Extreme emergent situation
