I was laid off on 6/27/08, and my H1B is valid till
Oct,2010. and H4 was filed on 6/26/08 by express mail.

My last pay stub says 'period ending is 6/28/08', I also got an extra paid week time till 7/3/08 (the company paid me for 40 hr paid vacation I didn't take), in pay stub, it says 'Advice Date: 07/03/2008'


in this case, may I need to follow MyLawyer's solution or Pjing's?

Really confusing, Mylawyer and Pjing, can you help clarify based on my information?
