I-485 Pending with EAD, Transfer H-1B?

I-485 is pending, already got EAD. Now wanna change job, but don't want to use EAD. Can I transfer H-1B to the new company? Does it conflit with my current status? Since you have applied for GC, you have immigration intend. Now I still want to keep my H-1B to work. Is it a problem?

If the new company agrees to transfer my H-1B, how long does it take and how much does it cost?
