Question 1.
By extending/transfer H1B, we can change parolee status to nonimmigration status. What's if we don't need extend/transfer H1b after using AP, how our status will change from parolee to nonimmigration? In another words, is there anything we need to do after using AP without extending/transfer H1B?

Question 2.(questions on using AP during H1 extending/transfer is pending)
* If we leave U.S. during H1b extension/transfer, H1b approved while we are outside of U.S. Then, we use AP to come back. What our status will be?

* If we leave U.S. during H1b extension/transfering, H1b approved after we come back by using AP. What our status will be?
