Info I got from TSC officers

My NC was stuck for 2 years, and I called TSC numerous times. My recent calls revealed that they have another memo in May 2008, laying out the stages of pending-on-NC cases. They told me they'll approve all NC pending for 2+ years by June 2008, and NC pending for 1+ years by September 2008.

My NC was pending for 2 years and my case was finally approved on 6/30/08.
