I am H1 work at the university and my wife is in F1 status. I am going to file EB-1 outstanding researcher with I-140/485/131 concurrent. If I get AP, I can visit China and come back with AP but my H1 is still valid with the same employer, am I right? The problem is if my wife visit China and come back with AP, is her F1 still valid? Thanks a million.
