請教pijiang ,xiabaitu大俠關於H1B visa

May you help with H1B visa questions? I might get an offer from a non-profit orgranization, but they are not free from H1B quotas. All of us know the problem with H1B quotas.
May you give me a couple of suggestions about what to do if I fail to get H1B in future?
