local CBP 的人, 會不會被再次拒絕?

但是在入關時我把老公的 I-797A原件給Customs and Border Protections (CBP) 的人看, 並要求他在給我的 I-94蓋章時把允許居留的日期寫成2010年10月1日. 但他說, 由於我的H4簽證上的 PED 是2008年7月27日, 他隻能把 I-94上的允許居留日期填成2008年7月27日. 他還說, it was a problem between me and the Department of State, and I had to call Department of State to make the change, and he could do nothing about it.

如果我去找 local CBP 的人, 會不會被再次拒絕? 請問他們拒絕的理由(理由見上)正當嗎?
