回複：Ask Pijiang please--B-2 extension is denied- can reapply?

I just learned on the internet that my mother's application for B-2 extension to July 4,2008 was denied today. I understand that she has 30 days to leave for China.

Question: if she appeal the case, could she stay in the U.S. while appealing the case?

- No option to appeal.
Even though it is approved, she will have to leave by 7/4, which is the same as 30 days from now. Does it make any difference?
