Mr. Fan boasts and occasionally lies. But, it does not matter as long as GC gets approved. His secretary is a big headache. They are not professional, or even unqualified based on my judgement. Don't overlook the importance of secretary, they are doing actual jobs. Overall, I will not recommend Mr. Fan until he hires new qualified assistants
