SSN for I-485 approved child?

I, primary applicant got my GC in Sep.2007, my danghter's I-485 was approved at the same time as mine. But so far no GC yet, and also her online status changed from "approval notice" to originaly "transfer, pending notice", I called, inforpass, no help. I didn't receive her tax rebate this year becanse no valid SSN (I used her ITTN for tax return all the time). Anyone know I can apply for SSN for her with her I-485 approval notice? I am so headache about her case. Please help. Thanks a lot
