If the application was based on 245(i) which requires a physical presence on December 21, 2000, applicant can definitely present following evidence (not exclusive list):
1) utilities bills
2) bank statements with her name
3) regular mails and magzine or newspaper subions
4) school record,
5) employer's letters;
6) affidavit (find strong witnesses to write the affidavit, notarized by a notary public)
